Refund policy

Returns and exchanges 

At this stage, we cannot offer free return/exchange for our products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened items

  • Change of mind

  • Quality concerns with sealed products

  • Items returned without an unboxing video (from start to finish)

If your item is eligible for a return due to damage, we require a full unboxing video for after-sales support.

You can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the item(s)

If you would like a return/exchange, you are subject to any shipping expenses. We do not provide any pre-paid shipping labels for return/exchange.

For exchange, you are also responsible for the extra shipping cost to ship your new choice of item to you. The charge will be based on the shipping cost of your destination (based on the information on our Shipping Info page). Please send us an email at info@artdirection.club for enquiry.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, and any items lost in transit during the return/exchange.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a parcel is returned because the recipient refuses to pay the tax fee, we will deduct shipping fees, return fees, and other related expenses when processing the refund for you.
