Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to unpaid fees (including customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges), refusal of delivery, or any other circumstance that results in the package being undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Handling and processing charges

  • Applicable customs or duties

These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Only the product cost of the item(s) will be eligible for reimbursement.

  • Once a package is returned to us under these circumstances, we are unable to reship the order, and the transaction will be considered complete.


Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2 to 7 business days. During the promotional sale or sale period, kindly allow our team 5-10 business days to process your order.

Where We Ship

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China unless otherwise stated.

To check if we ship to your country, simply proceed to checkout — if you're able to complete the checkout process, it means we do ship to your location.


International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing and postal conditions.


What Should I Do If My Order Is Late?

We work closely with our carrier partners to keep delivery estimates as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, occasional delays can occur due to customs, local weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe or if the tracking information appears unusual, please contact us immediately.

  • Important: If the dispatch date has passed more than 30 days, we may not be able to assist, so please reach out as soon as possible.


Shipping to PO Boxes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes when using FedEx or other courier methods.

  • Please provide a physical address at checkout.

  • Note: All shipping addresses must be written in full English characters, without special characters or non-Latin script.

Honey Hobby Shop is not responsible for missed deliveries or unclaimed packages due to recipient unavailability. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, please contact the courier directly to reschedule or arrange pickup.
